3 HRS RE LEGAL ISSUES

OBJECTIVE:

Participants learn the similarities and differences between the Arizona Revised Statutes, the Arizona Administrative Code and the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics. The Instructor will highlight key issues relating to day-to-day practices and provide scenario-based discussion to illustrate these points. Through this process the participant will discover how the laws and code assist them in identifying and preventing unlawful practices protecting the public and promoting high-fiduciary services
