Disclosure and the Law

3 Hours Disclosure Law

Objective: Upon completion of this class the student will understand the disclosure laws and be able to discuss the importance and benefits of disclosure with their clients and customers. The class will include reviewing AAR disclosure documents, and under which circumstances the addenda is to be used. In addition, the Instructor will highlight key issues relating to day-to-day practices and industry issues and provide scenario-based discussion to illustrate these points.
