3 Hours Commissioner's Standards

Do you have a website? Do you do Social Media? We will review the Commissioner’s Rules on these marketingprograms that are creating complaints to the Department. This class will

explore the Real Estate Commissioners Rule, R4-28-1101, titled “Duties to Client”, and how it impacts the licensees role to protect their client. All sections ofR4-28-1101 will be discussed as well as related parts of the Commissioners Rules and the Arizona Statutes, including ARS 32-2153. Case studies and examples will be used to emphasize the rules.
