Class Description In this course, students will learn that the Code of Ethics provides measures for professional responsibility and outlines conduct between members and the public. This includes: • How to locate the rules/regulations, and understanding their source • The Two Functions of the Board/Association in Professional Standards matters. 1. Ethics 2. Arbitration • Understand the difference between Ethics and Arbitration. • A walk through of the process of an Ethics Complaint.
