This course will review some of the common agency situations with a Q&A process as instruction. We will review sub-agency, buyer representation, dual agency and the use of the buyer/broker agreement. The course will begin with a discussion about the basic tenets of a proper agency disclosure, including the timing of an agency disclosure and the client’s ability to request a certain type of agency representation.
