2017 AAR Contract

This class will explore the revised 2017 version of the AAR Purchase Contract and the supporting addenda that have been updated. We will review:

• Significant changes including removing all seller warranties for condition
• Seller’s timing to provide the SPDS
• Clarifying language for buyers loan documents and cure notice matters
• More details of fixtures remaining
• Specific language for cash sales and/or financing contingencies
• Revisions to the BINSR and other addenda
