2017 AAR Contract

3 hours Contract Law:
This class will explore the revised 2017 version of the AAR Residential Purchase Contract and the supporting addenda that have been updated. We will review;
· Significant changes including removing all seller warranties for condition
· Seller’s timing to provide the SPDS
· Clarifying language for buyers loan documents and cure notice matters
· More details of fixtures remaining
· Specific language for cash sales and/or financing contingencies
· Revisions to the BINSR and other addenda
